Assets tracking software
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
to build an assets tracking software as follows:
1- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Tags based on the Bluetooth version 4 or 5 Boards (No limitation in number of BLE to be connected to system). and readers to connect via local WiFi access point (Specify number of readers based on area)
2- web browser based applications and related engagement platforms necessary to service and support the solution.
3- It covers the hardware and software specifications as highlighted below.
4- solution is highly modular in design and in it operational performance and can integrate/interface with other system when necessary using the standard Web Service, XML protocols, REST or any other desired integration protocol.
5- user friendly software, admin level and user level privileges for necessary operations with audit trail.
6- after registering the BLE MAC address and asset details such as name and type etc... "to be determined on a later stage) mark each asset on map and assign geofencing if asset is moved and trigger alarm and send email sms or whatsapp as required by the end user. and alarm action and note record to be sored in the database (suggestion of best practice by developer)
7- continuous monitoring for all recorded assets and store records in database.
8- BLD on the move for employees to track and record movements within the building. to be used for future in case these data needed for any reason.
9- software security and encryption to the highest level (to be discussed in details on a later stage during the implementation.
10- backups and data storage and system hardware required to be advised by developer.
11- adding new features and system updates for 3 years
12- full source code to be provided
13- full software and hardware documentation to be provided
14- training and support for the system operations. (to be discussed)
