Apps development and maintenance

We need a developer to work in 2 projects: 1.- To develop an e-commerce app and 2.- to maintain and improve a task management app (plus its web interfaces)

I prefer to work directly with the developer and not with companies or agencies, but it is not required.

We will ask you to develop or fix different features or bugs in both apps
You are going to be paid through freelancer.com by hour, therefore you should use its time tracker in order to be paid
The developer should follow the directions of the product owner (me) regarding WHAT should be done, and the directions of my developer , regarding HOW to develop it.
We will have weekly zoom meetings, a whatsapp group, plus the use of a task management app, to have a good communication between us.
If you speak spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
We will start with a few hours a week at the beginning, (while we build trust and I know the quality of your job and your knowledge), but it could reach easily 30 or more hours a week.
Also, if you have SEO and ASO knowledge are a plus too.
This could be a long time business relationship, because both apps are in constant development.
The knowledge required are: Expo mainframe (open source tool), Express.js, MySQL, Mongo DB, Node.js, React, React native, AWS & bitbucket (c0ntrol repository)

1.- Do you have experience with all the software mentioned above? how many years? any examples you can provide?
2.- Please inform how much will you charge by hour
3.- Do you have SEO and/or ASO knowledge and experience? please elaborate.
4.- Have you used the Freelaner tracking system before? are you comfortable using it?
5.- Do you have knowledge of Wordpress?
