Apple iPhone App to be built using the Flutter SDK.

I am shopping for a team that can do design and development of a mobile app for iPhone. The initial App is a MVP - minimal viable product - a version one. I have a unique request that I would like it developed in Flutter and mainly using Google Cloud services as the back end. I require both design skills (to take the brief and come up with a final design) and development skills (Flutter/Dart/API's).
