Apple Pay in an already built web app

I want an Apple app built that is the same as a currently launched Google Play app. The app is just a webview app and will require Apple Pay integration in place of the current PayPal integration.

The flow is basic, pull a list of In App Subscriptions, user will choose a subscription plan, and the app checks to see if there is a current subscription before allowing login and showing just the webview.
