App react native with computer vision scope

Hi everyone, I need a system that runs on mobile, in react native for iOS and Android and it must: detect checks, capture photos of both sides of the check, compress the images of the photos to less than 300kb, generate files in black and white, scale of gray and color (original photo) and read the data from the magnetic strip.
