App to install on android and to connect consultants with customer on zoom

I need an app (still is an MVP) consisting of 3 buttons. The first button lets advisors enable or disable their availability. The second button lets customers follow consultants; they get a notification when their followed consultants are online. The third button creates a PayPal payment and emails a zoom conference link to consultant and customer. (the consultant receives the money on their PayPal account minus a fee)
