App for trash pick up

Hello, I need an app developer to create an app that allows for somebody to pick up the trash from your house and get rid of it, easy. the app should get a comisión for every trash picked up, the person how picks up the trash gets 80% and the app 20%, the cost for the trash should varie depending on the size or wieght.

It should work like glovo for example, but with trash.
