App development for Android and IOS (using Ionic or React native)

We are a company located in Brazil called GN1, where we develop solutions for scientific journals and associations.
We need to develop an app for an association, which reads the association's website (developed in WordPress) database and replicates some posted contents (such as news, events, and bulletins).
In addition, the application must be integrated with an API of our Association Management System (SGA - Sistema de Gestão de Associações) so that members can log in through the application and have access to content that is restricted to the open public. The current association website already works integrated with our API.
We will provide a copy of the database and the source code of the association's website, so you can understand the structure.
We are looking for someone capable and able to deliver the app working until September 27, 2021. All descriptions and requirements are in the document attached to this project.
