App development for Android and IOS (using Ionic)

We are a company located in Brazil called GN1, where we develop solutions for scientific journals and associations.
We need to develop an app for an association, which reads the association's website database and replicates posted content (such as news, events, and bulletins) by sending push notifications to users.
In addition, some content must be available only to members of the respective association, therefore, the application must contain a login area where you can consult our Association Management System via API, in order to login and verify other information.
To facilitate and advance the development of this project, we will provide a template as a basis, which is an application for Scientific Journals (reading articles) developed by us in Ionic. We would like to use the same interface as this existing app, but making some small design adjustments, adding the vertical side menu and implementing the API for associate login;
