We need an app for internal use, employees and customers. Brief overview of what we do and what is needed. We are a medical device company, our customers are hospitals/surgeons, example a patient is submitted to hospital after a car accident with a fracture (broken bone), the surgeon then contacts our sales staff and informs them of the fracture type, our sales staff then chooses the suitable product to treat the fracture, our sales informs to the company which product/set is needed for this surgery, on which day and time we need to deliver, company then prepares the products according to sales staff information and we deliver to the hospital (Or send by forwarder or customers collect the products), after the surgery the products are collected from hospital and taken back to our company, the products are then checked by our staff and counted and missing products that have been used or have been damaged during surgery are then invoiced. We do this business directly with hospitals as well as through distributors.
So what we need is a app that can be accessed by (1) Admin staff in the company (2) Sales staff (3) Distributors (4) Surgeons (5) Drivers (6) Product specialists. Each of these people need to access a different main interfaces within the app with different information. The app will streamline the processes and at each point every task needs to be confirmed. The admin of the app will give rights in the app as to who can see what information, example distributors and our sales staff will basically access same information as their task is the same, but sales staff are employees and distributors are external “sales staff”, our sales staff can see all sales related information of the company where as distributors can only see their own information of their current activities..
1.) Surgeon can access information of products that are available
2.) Sales staff will choose the right product in the app and app will send information to company admin
3.) Company admin will physically allocate the product in our stock and then in the app, Surgeon and sales staff get confirmation in the app. Example “Preparing” and when product is ready then admin will set to “Ready”
4.) Driver will get information of their daily schedule to deliver from admin staff, after each delivery driver has to confirm successful delivery, with time recording at each point of confirmation.
5.) Product specialist similar to the driver will get his daily schedule by app and after completion all needs to be confirmed and some data needs to be entered and transmitted to the admin.
There will be many single processes, and statistical data will be saved so that all data of previous surgeries can be traced back and checked. Monthly statistic for sales staff, customers, drivers, product specialists, surgeons.
