App Developer Needed For iOS & Android - Dating App

I am after someone who has knowledge in submitting an app to both the app & play store. I need an app developer who will give me a reasonable quote to create an online dating app specifically targeted at the divorcees across the world. I have attached a basic flow chart of how I would want the app to work. I would need an admin panel to remove users and see who has what membership. I’d want the option for users to pay to unlock certain features which I have highlighted in my flow chart. This flow chart is not the complete article, there will be minor changes to it.
