Android to iOS Application Migration

We have an application developed for Android and we need to port it to iOS.
It is a simples application that takes pictures and send it thru an API to a backend. App should also add location information and using google api the address. It should controls to allow photo sending only when connected to wifi if users configure for it. If there is no Internet connection, picture should be take with GPS information, and when Wifi is back it should be sent and Address information added at that time.
