Android Scan Application for Online Ticket Store
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I’m currently running two ticket system added to the websites of two discos in Germany. Besides some minor issues, the websites run smooth and also the ticketing and payment works.
The only problem we have is, that the scanning at the event has some problems as the provided scanner “Event Ticket Plus” is absolutely horrible and mistakes occur in 10% of the scan due to a poor visibility. We now want to develop an application for Android that allows us to scan more precisely and efficiently at the door.
I'm looking for a skilled app developer that can connect the database in WooCommerce/Events Calendar with a new application that can be installed on our Android phones for scanning.
Project timing: Starting 21st of March
Project horizon: max. 3 weeks
In my opinion the App is fairly simple: It goes through the attendee list of the corresponding events using an API and double-Checks the Security Codes with the QR Code on the ticket plus the connected order status on WooCommerce. Then a "Check In" is fullfiled or a "Can't be checked in" is displayed (due to double-checkin or unsuccesful payment e.g.)
Notice: Staging Environment is already created
A process description with screens, the status quo + requierements is in the attachment.
