Android and IOS native application development (Web version too)

Hi, I want to create an application to connect and broker self-employed professionals of a type of service to people who need this type of service.

I have a detailed document on how I want the app.
I also need you to sign a confidentiality and integrity agreement for the code (It is a serious project, there can be no plagiarism, or bad code as I will publish it on the playstore and on the AppleStore).
It is a project with the possibility of continuity for support.


Experience and good price is what I'm looking for here.

Required portfolio, so if you don't have experience developing React Native apps published on Google Play Store and/or AppleStore, please do not bid, it will be a waste of time for both of you.

For now, I think the best stack is:
Next js (Web Front End), Nest js (Back End), React Native (Mobile Apps) and maybe MongoDB, all written in typescript, but I'm willing to listen to what you suggest.

Note: I will not use CMS or ready-made products that interfere with performance. I want something built by someone competent.
