Android And IOS Application Bug Fixing

I have my website that is working fine and apps developed on this script:

I am looking few customisations in APPS (android and ios)
( These customisations are already done on Website and Admin Panel just need them in Apps as i am only a Web Developer )
1, Only Admin can create a service. And Service Provider will choose from them what services they offer.
2. Users can only book services. Not choose a service provider
3. The service provider will be assigned by the admin after the order is received.
4. The service provider will have the option to accept or reject booking, If they reject, the admin can assign the provider again.
5, The Service Provider can navigate to customer location through google map and customer can also see live location of service provider (same as taxi apps like OLA UBER)
