Add Google translate to exosting Agora / Firebase Chat App.

Add Translation Feature to existing Agora Chap App;
Chat is already fully fuctional, we need the following.
Translation Function;
- Add selection field in Profile page to select native/preferred language. (Google translate api - 109 Languages)
- Translate chat automatically to the selected language. Eg. If user 1 selects Dutch and User 2 English, User 1 will receive Users 2 chats in Dutch and user 2 will receive in english.
- If Both selected languages are the same no translation would be done.
