Mobile Tab Bar Fix

The tab bar that should sit at the bottom of my site disappears entirely on mobile—Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet, every browser shows the same blank space while the tabs show up fine on desktop and tablet. I need someone to pinpoint why the element is being dropped, patch the CSS / JS so it renders consistently, and send back the working files or clear commit notes. A quick screen-share walkthrough of what you changed would be great so I can keep the fix stable going forward.
