I’m seeking an experienced front-end developer well-versed in Bootstrap and CSS to fix a problem on a web page where the layout isn’t scaling correctly on mobile phone screens.

Key Requirements:

Diagnose and resolve why the page does not adapt properly to smaller/mobile viewports.

Ensure the page uses responsive design best practices (meta viewport tag, fluid containers, breakpoints, etc.).

Working knowledge of Bootstrap (version 4 or 5) and custom CSS adjustments.

Testing across common mobile device viewports (iPhone, Android, various screen widths).

Clean, maintainable code, and a short report of what change was made.

Deliverables:

Updated HTML/CSS/Bootstrap code (or styles) which ensure proper mobile scaling/view.

A demo link or screenshot gallery proving the fix works on mobile devices.
