Create a water testing app

We would like to design a simple mobile application or mobile-friendly website that allows customers to upload a photo of a water test strip for color analysis and results. The water test strips measure the levels of six key characteristics in pool or hot tub water. Each strip has a color range that indicates the adjustments needed to achieve perfectly balanced water. The uploaded photo should be analyzed to determine where each test strip color falls within the reference range. Based on these readings, the app will provide personalized recommendations on which chemicals to add and in what amounts.
