Android BJP App with Login

I’m looking for a straightforward Android application dedicated to the BJP that does two things really well: lets supporters sign in securely and keeps them instantly informed through push notifications.
Once we start I’ll supply the party’s colour palette, logos, and any copy or images you need. Your role is to turn that into a clean, branded UI, hook up user authentication, and wire in push notifications so members never miss an update. No payments, no complex commerce—just these essentials executed smoothly on modern Android devices.
I’m happy with native development in Kotlin/Java or a well-structured Flutter build that targets Android only. Please use a reliable backend such as Firebase Authentication and Cloud Messaging (or an equivalent you’re comfortable with), test across common screen sizes, and hand over the signed APK together with full, well-commented source code.
Acceptance criteria
• Secure login/registration working on Android 8+
• Push notifications received in foreground and background
• Build clears Google Play lint checks and installs without errors
• Source code plus a short README explaining build and release steps
