iOS App Competition Analysis

Which phone model and OS you have, as it is important for the app testing?

The project is simple but require that you love using mobile apps, specially iPhone apps. Here is your responsibilities:

1. I will give you link for one of our iPhone apps. You will use it thoroughly to understand what it does and list the features it has in an excel file.

2. Next, you will have to find 5 great competitors of this app from app store, that has 10K+ ratings and list the apps in the same excel file.

3. List the features that these competitors apps have and mark which features our apps don't have or can be improved.

4. For each new features from competitors: make sure you take screenshots and write a short description what this feature does, so that a developer can look at it and understand what to develop. Keep the screenshots and descriptions in a doc file.

That's it. The resulting analysis will inform our strategic planning and potentially the further development of our app.
