Website & Android App Testing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need thorough functionality, usability, and performance testing carried out on both my customer-facing website and the companion Android application. The areas that matter most to me are:
• User authentication – sign-up, log-in, social log-ins, password reset
• Payment processing – card and wallet transactions, refund flow, error handling
• Navigation and overall interface – clarity of menus, intuitive screens, responsiveness
The goal is to surface anything that breaks, confuses users, or slows the experience down, then document it clearly so my development team can move straight to fixes.
Please work against the current production build (URL and APK will be shared after kick-off) and use real-world devices where possible. Simulators are fine for edge cases, but I value results from physical hardware most.
Deliverables
1. A concise test plan outlining scenarios you covered and devices/OS versions used.
2. A defect log with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, screenshots or screen recordings, and severity tags.
3. A short performance snapshot (page/app load times, key transaction timing).
4. A closing summary that ranks the most critical issues and notes quick-win UX improvements.
Acceptance is based on the completeness of coverage, clarity of documentation, and reproducibility of reported issues.
