Project Description
We are looking for a professional freelancer to oversee the progress of a service application under development. The work includes the following tasks:
Comprehensive testing of all parts of the application on Android and iOS, including four simulation applications for ordering and receiving requests, and identifying errors.
Completely document all errors and notes in an Excel spreadsheet (the Excel spreadsheet was created with only some missing fields added). The spreadsheet includes the name of the feature, element, or icon, its function, a description of the expected correct action, a description of the current problem, follow-up on its resolution, and document the solution in an Excel spreadsheet.
Determine whether the issue is Android-only or across both platforms. Determine whether the issue has been resolved by the technical team. Communicate with the technical team to determine the progress and the point at which it has been completed and resolved.
The test is a comprehensive test that includes:
Testing every icon in the app
Graphics and designs and their compatibility
Fonts and languages and their compatibility
Order steps, execution, and quick delivery of orders to the service provider's app
Receiving notifications and orders
Testing the app's security
The app's ability to handle the pressure of orders and the number of orders, and modifying them if necessary
The app's compatibility with the latest store technology
Payment methods and their actual testing (Apple Pay, STC Pay, and payment networks)
Reflecting operations on the control panel
Compatibility of operations with the accounting system and control panel
Following up on the implementation of modifications by the development team
Receiving the program and ensuring that the code is intact and ready for upload
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Ability to coordinate with the team via WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet
Preparing the project for delivery in terms of code integrity and explaining it in detail
