Mobile & Web QA Testing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced manual tester to put our customer-facing mobile app and website through thorough functional, usability, and compatibility checks. The same test scenarios must run on both iOS and Android handsets, while the web version needs to behave identically in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
You’ll receive private access to the candidate area and full specs once we shortlist, but in essence every feature must be verified against the requirements, every deviation logged with clear reproduction steps, and the overall user journey assessed for smoothness.
Deliverables
• A structured bug report (spreadsheet or tracker access) detailing issue description, severity, environment, and exact steps to reproduce
• A brief summary of test coverage, devices, OS versions, and browsers used
• A final sign-off indicating pass/fail status for each requirement
All testing is manual; no automation is expected at this stage. Strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and concise documentation style are essential. Share examples of similar projects you have completed and the tools you prefer for tracking defects when you submit your proposal.
