QA Tester — Mobile & Web Application (Immediate Need)
We are a language services company looking for a detail-oriented QA tester to help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our mobile app and web platform. This is an immediate need, and we'd like to onboard as soon as possible.
What you'll do:
Test new features and existing functionality across mobile (iOS/Android) and web
Identify, document, and report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce
Verify fixes and run regression testing before releases
Test usability, performance, and cross-device/browser compatibility
Work closely with our development team to confirm issues are resolved
Requirements:
Proven experience in software QA / manual testing
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
Experience writing bug reports and test cases (familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar)
Ability to test across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems
Bonus: experience with test automation, API testing, or testing in a healthcare/HIPAA-aware environment
