Flutter School ERP QA Testing

I’m looking for a hands-on QA tester to help move my School ERP application (built with Flutter and Firebase) from beta to production.

The primary focus is:

1. Functional testing – ensuring all features behave exactly as expected
2. Performance testing – identifying slowdowns, memory leaks, and resource usage issues

The application includes both:

* Mobile (Android)
* Web version

Testing must be performed on real devices (not just emulators) to capture device-specific issues.

Tools:
You may use Flutter DevTools, Android Studio/Xcode profilers, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Chrome DevTools, or your preferred tools—as long as reports are clear and reproducible.

Key Modules:

* Role-based login (Admin, Staff)
* Attendance system (RFID-based)
* Leave & permission workflows
* Fee management
* Notifications & real-time updates

Deliverables:

* Test plan covering functional and performance scenarios
* Executed test cases with pass/fail results and evidence (screenshots/videos)
* Prioritized bug/defect report with:

* Steps to reproduce
* Expected vs actual result
* Device/environment details
* Performance analysis (CPU, memory, network, app startup time)
* Optimization recommendations
* Retesting report after fixes

Workflow:

* Communication via GitHub Issues or Jira
* Fast feedback cycles
* Clear and structured reporting
