Android Closed Beta Testers Needed

I’m looking for someone who already manages a group of real Android users (minimum 12) for Google Play closed testing.

Requirements:
Real Android devices (no emulators)
Real Google accounts
Users must install the app from Play Store
Keep it installed for 14 consecutive days
Provide installation confirmation screenshots

I prefer working with someone who can handle the full group at once (not individual testers one by one).
Payment will be released after verification.
