weratv Equiclips - Camera App with live lower-thirds for sports "weratv Equiclips"

We are a Sport-Timing company specially for Equstrian Jumping.
For this we have our Live Timing on equestre.zeitmessungen.ch

We started with a other freelancer and he never finished his work!

We want minimum all functions from the existing Equiclips Vx.apk

So we want to make it possible for everybody to add our lower thirds to the phone camera and make possible to record professional videos with animated graphics and infos.

The live data informations comes from equestre.zeitmessungen.ch

We want see minimum: Startnumber, Nation, Nationflag, Name of Horse, Name of Rider, perfect rolling Time of the run, Penalties and Rank at finish, and our Logo with text etc.
All lower thirds are animated, are triggered by Startnumber, Start and finish, slides in or out and have opacity.
The user can start the App and choose first the event with live run (provided by equestre.zeitmessungen.ch)
The user can unshow the rank, the rolling time and penalties, the name of rider and all.
We surely have some small functions and cosmetic works.

Off course the app must have the usual functions as:
- High-definition recording capability
- Zoom functionality
- Slow motion capture
- Option to add animated lower thirds, both manually and automatically

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of video recording and processing
- Ability to implement customizable overlays, such as animated lower thirds
- Familiarity with high-definition video standards and optimization
