web app use Quasar and Laravel (can be compiled to native app)

I am looking for a skilled programmer to develop an Quasar Vue + Laravel app with a social networking focus. This app will enable users to post and share photos or videos with one another, connecting people from all corners of the world with just a few taps on their device. There is a roughly design in mind for this app, though I am open to creative input from the chosen freelancer. All eyes are on the freelancer who takes on this project to bring it to life!

Basic features:
Guest can register, login, edit profiles
User can upload images/videos
Guest can swipe through all images and videos on home page
User can make payment to upgrade permissions
