I want an mobile application for both Android and iOS

I need a simple mobile application which is running on both Android and iOS.
Key Features
1- When app is opened, user should be able to see the nearest shops (Will specific which shops later in the discussion).
2- Once the user click on Book Slot Button a appointment notification should be triggered to the shopkeeper.
3- To book the appointment, user must be able to login via phone number and OTP.
4- We don't want any backend service, you can use firebase.
5- As an admin I should be able to add the shopkeeper details in the DB. I can run query to add the details.
