The program have two main buttons.
The first button is calculate the basal metabolism rate by your gender, age, height and weight.
The user need to input their gender, age, height and weight and then they can get their basal metabolism rate.
P.S. : Men = 88.362 + (13.397 x weight in kg) + (4.799 x height in cm) – (5.677 x age in years)
Women = 447.593 + (9.247 x weight in kg) + (3.098 x height in cm) – (4.330 x age in years)
The second button has two functions. The first function is to calculate the amount of water drunk per day.
P.S. : Daily water requirement = wright in kg x 40 in ml
and the second function is a simple 2D water cup that represent your water intake. Each time the user enters the amount of water he drinks, the glass is filled with an equal percentage of water. I upload two pictures that are examples of what the water cup look like.
