A simple CRM mobile app

I want to build a simple CRM tool as a mobile application (iOS and Android)
I have the Figma designs and prototypes for the project ready.

The app will be used for:
Customer management
Keeping track of orders
Sending automated SMS messages to customers

The project will require a complete front-end and back-end development from scratch. I am happy to discuss what technology and language would be suitable for the project
