I'm seeking a flutter developer to make modifications on existing mobile app from codecanyon

I would like to create a real estate classifieds ads application, and because of the high cost of creating an application from scratch, I found an existed application on codecanyon that contains many required functional, but some of them need to be modified in addition to add more new features, So there is specific features are already detailed in a functional requirements document.

That's why I'm looking for a flutter developer to do this work.
