QR printing on andriod

i would like to create a simple app to scan a qr code and perform a request via a web service, after receive the response then print it out,

i will provide the web service end point which return a JSON.

the device i am using is imin M2 (https://www.imin.sg/en/en-m2-1/)
a build-in printer and scanner
