packages monitor app

I need an app to monitor the packages ( trolleys 'CC' and containers 'K') that are shipped to my customers and that often don't come back.
At the time of shipment, the ID of the packaging is written with the customer number and at the time of return the packages are all mixed up so from the ID it is possible to understand who has returned from.
The app should be able to tell me how many and which packaging each customer has, how many and which ones I have at home.
Optionally I could also keep track of the quantity of pots, extensions and platforms shipped on the trolleys, these do not have an id.
I was thinking about using appsheet to be able to consult the excel tables even from a pc.
