I need a website builder with experience in crowdfunding, and preferably iOS/android app development

I currently own a domain, and would like to create a (for-profit) crowdfunding website. The main design is like eBay for personal debt. People will post their debts, upload an image of the document on the listing, with a built-in tool to blank out personal information. (A simple black strip of pixels). I would like paypal, Apple Pay, debit/credit donations. I would like the ability to for users to sign in with social media accounts (Facebook, google). I will need very good documentation for the payments and security. Terms and conditions are a big plus. I would also like to (not a deal-breaker) be able to convert the site into iOS and Google Play apps relatively soon.
We want to change the world, and we are quite confident in this project’s success.
