I need a payment gateway engineer

We are looking to enter the payments gateway space in Australia. We need to be able to take payments from an Amex card and then send an eft or bpay on the clients behalf once we receive the money from the Amex payment that the client has authorised. Similar companies are B2Bpay, pay.com.au, reward pay.
