I need a mobile application with Unity capable to select any 3d model located in the mobile disk , place it on the camera, start a video record recording and send the video streaming to a remote socket service

Experienced enterprise developer (c#, python, java, nodejs). I will develop the socket service to test your development

## Video Streaming

One of the main goals is to send the camera video to a remote socket service. Check this https://stackoverflow.com/a/61407693/3957754 to get an idea. You should be able to start the server in your localhost to use it in your tests

## Mandatory:

- Unity3d is required
- GITHUB will be used. Is not accepted other platform for source code management
- Deliverables on each milestone : github pull request from the milestone branch to the main branch
- Don't use external http services or private libraries. It won't make sense if an online service does this.
- Only open source is allowed

## Deliverables

Each milestone should have at the end

- github push to main branch
- video of 5 min explaining the source code sharing the screenshot
- apk uploaded to the google drive

## Workflow

- Milestones of the backlog, should be estimated(time) by the developer
- Developer starts some milestone, develop and notify the task completion with the explained deliverables
- Developer should wait until the Project Manager confirms that the task has completed without errors
- Project Manager will generate a git tag
- Developer should start the next milestone

## Acceptance tests

- I will download on a safe and offline mobile
- I will install the apk and review id the feature is implemented
