I need to develop a location-based AR experience

I am looking for a developer to create a location-based AR experience for both iOS and Android platforms. The AR experience should include interactive elements. I already have existing 3D models that can be used for the project.

Skills and Experience Needed:
- Proficiency in developing AR experiences for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience in creating interactive AR elements
- Ability to integrate existing 3D models into the AR experience

Objectives:
- Link existing 3D animation models for three scenes (one for portal gate, and the two others are for people with animals and carts carrying stones).
- Link existing audio files with specific start and end points.
- Making a QR code for determining the start point of the whole experience.
- Design UI (as an image in the prototype) into the application with little buttons (all the interfaces were designed as an images)
- Linking two POIs (Point of Interests) that lets users to interact and see old phonography (to be imposed on the real scene).
* The freelancer should submit fully functional source code (bug-free).
* The code should work on Windows, Android, and IOS operating systems.
