I need a dating marriage app built in Flutter -- 2

I am looking to have a dating app (intended for marriage) built in Flutter. I have the entire app design made up in Figma with detailed instructions on every part of the design. 80% of the UI is already coded in Flutter and the remaining screens to be designed are very similar to the ones already made so it will be a case of copying and pasting for the most part on the last 20% of the design. As soon as the app is finished being coded on the design side, I need to have it developed for the backend side. I have a $1,000 USD - $1,500 USD budget for the project since most of the UI is already coded and I am looking to have it completed within 1-2 months max.
