I need a computer programmer

I have a project that I need to display about 1 million number on a computer screen which will become the background for a lottery drawing via green screen. We will draw a 7 digit number one digit at a time starting on the left and working to the right. As we draw all the numbers not matching our draw sequence will disappear from our screen and the remaining numbers will become larger to fill our screen.
