I need an app developer that is familiar with clover.

We are a tea company that is preparing to roll out multiple locations. We need to have an app developed for a rewards system and also a custom "Bottle Bank". Essentially, we sell our tea in glass bottles. When a customer brings the bottle back, they only pay for the tea. Customers tend to accumulate bottles. We want a means for customers to bring their empty bottles without getting them refilled, and us them them a "Bottle Credit" for their bottle so that on their next visit they will not need to buy a bottle if they forgot to bring one. They could simply redeem their bottle token.
