I am looking for an application for a website within 1 month. 20 screens almost and maybe some tabbing would be its tutor application basic design is already approved need to create a functional app and create similar screens according to the basic structure.

Many Screens are just similar that's why counting them as the same screen cause you don't have to create UI for it again.
first, you need to create UI then you need to convert it into a functional app by API integration from the already created backend, you might have to create some APIs yourself if there is some issue
