I am looking for an experienced developer to create a web and mobile app for public's medical needs. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms, as well as web. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing productivity/utility apps, and be able to incorporate the following features:

- Ability to track and manage medical appointments
- Integration with medical records and medication reminders
- In-app messaging between patients and healthcare providers
