music distribution platform

I am looking for a professional freelancer to develop a music distribution platform like ingrooves or distrokid + related api services that will be used by a mobile app (i accept quotes for this too). The timeline for completion is set to max 6 months. I also need to integrate any necessary third-party services to distribute music (spotify, apple music, amazon music, ...).
