mobile app like snapchat

Hello ,
i am searching for an IONIC/React native developper to create a mobile app wich is a copy of snapchat whithe following features :
-Splachscreen
1-Authentification with firebase Auth
2-Camera Scren (like the one with snapchat )
3- Two menu in the left and right of the take picture button (one for the gallery photo ) and two for the list of extraction i will come to it later)
4- when user will take a photo he can send it to an OCR (our api example of reponse in txt1.txt ) who wil lecture the photo and response are a liste of the words and his X Y reference in the image when response those reference will provide us the abality to draw a rectangle into the detected word (link image 1 )
5- we have know a picture of our image with words in a red rectangle when user will click on any rectangle i lttle html table wile fill the preview of the table is on the bottom of the image view (like image 2 )
6- when user have finished he can export the table with CSV
7- each user have a counter of the number of reading he have to do to increadse he have to go to a specifique url (we will discuss that later )
8 - user can go to gallery and select multiple image and lecturing it , in this case we have a caroussel of all image lectured and resultat table are below (each click on word is a clonum and each image is a row )
9 - user can save his table and export to csv , when he save it a local .db file is installed in his telephone to store daba of his previous resultat table
10 - user can change his profil information

the real diffuclt part is already done wich is 4 5 6 we have a webapp who already do this we need a mobile app that means we already have the javascript / html code for 4 5 6
