kiosk mode application (single app mode)

Need a kiosk mode application (Single app mode). It should work in such a way that I should be able to choose the application which I want to work on the device. Once I choose any application then that application only must work on that device... If I click here and there or go for the setting option then also the application which is set must open automatically.

Whenever device is ON then application which is set that application must get open . User must not be able to close the application . User whenever try to close the application then again the set application must open again and again ..
