iOS WevView App Bug Fix -- 2

We have a small iOS WebView wrapper app that displays a PHP based web application. We want to fix these major bugs in the app:
- Even though the signup process works fine in Safari, inside the wrapper the signup ends up in a weird white space showing at the top of the page. You can check the bug for yourself, app name is Find Your Yogi.
- Sometimes the white space is replaced with our own No Connection page inside the wrapper to let the user know that their internet connection is lost.
