iOS App - Route Optimization

I am looking for an experienced iOS developer to create a customized app with route optimization capabilities for my business. The primary purpose of the app is to optimize delivery routes, meaning that it should be able to plan out the most efficient route through more than 2000 markers. I have a rough idea about the design and user interface I would like, however, I am open to suggestions and potential improvements from the developer.
