iOS App to Record Prior 3 Seconds of video

Description
Single page app written in SwiftUI that shows a live video preview layer and has one button visible at all times. Whenever the button is pressed, the previous 3 seconds of video will be saved to the photos library. The app should be able to continue running non stop, so there may be the need for some kind of video buffer. I think this will require use of AVFoundation, but open to other approaches. When the video has saved successfully, there should be a non invasive toaster message that shows for a few seconds, but does not interrupt the app from functioning.
Requirements
Full screen video preview using the main camera (not the selfie camera)
Any permissions needed to access camera and record to photo library
Single button in the lower 1/3 that says Record
When pressed, video footage from the 3 seconds just prior to the button being pressed should be saved to photo library, while live preview continues to run
Ability for app to run continuously without running out of memory or hard drive space (ie some kind of buffer system)
Toaster message when video has saved successfully following a button click or failed to save for any reason
